公司在項目管理上積極采用系統(tǒng)工程的觀點、理論和方法,通過貫徹GB/T50430《工程建設(shè)施工企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理規(guī)范》,建立并完善了項目管理的各項制度,提升了項目進度管理水平。公司在項目管理追求的目標(biāo)是“打造項目精品”, “項目精品”的產(chǎn)品成果理念體現(xiàn)了新能源及環(huán)保行業(yè)的固有特點。新能源及環(huán)保工程作為一種特殊產(chǎn)品,由一系列相互關(guān)聯(lián)、相互制約的工序(作業(yè)過程)所構(gòu)成,控制項目的施工過程的質(zhì)量,必須控制全部作業(yè)過程,即各道工序的施工質(zhì)量。各個過程特別是隱蔽工程,都是決定工程安全性能、使用功能和工程耐久性能否得到保證的要素。因此, “過程控制”,特別是對關(guān)鍵工序和特殊工序的過程控制,是保證新能源及環(huán)保工程的安全性和功能性重要的質(zhì)量控制點。“項目精品”還是公司減少不合格品,控制項目質(zhì)量,追求經(jīng)濟效益最大化的重要途徑。
We actively adopt the views, theories and means of systematic engineering in project management, and by implementing GB/T50430 “Code for quality management of engineering construction enterprises”, different regulations are established and perfected, and the project management level is greatly promoted. The goal we pursue in project management is “to create excellent projects”. The concept of “excellent project” displays the inherent features of new energy and en-tech industry. As a special kind of product, new energy and en-tech projects are composed of a series of correlative & mutually restricted processes. To control the quality of the project processes, we should control the quality of all processes, i.e. the quality of each step. Each process especially the “hidden proiect” is the key to the security, performance and service time of the whole project. So process control especially the control of key processes and special processes is the important quality control point which matters the security and functioning of new energy and en-tech projects. To create excellent project is also an important way for en-tech companies to reduce nonconforming products, improve project quality and maximize economic benefit.
